About Xact 
Xact Services offers a range of Community, Supported Employment and Transitional Brokerage Services for people with disabilities. All services are focused on the individual’s needs and aspirations and work alongside service users to achieve their objectives. All services operate with tailored individualised career/development plans. These are developed with the service users their friends, family and any other identified organisation, where appropriate and at the consent of the service user.
