All of our services are focused on the individual's needs and aspirations and we work with individuals to achieve their objectives.
All services operate with tailored individualised career and development plans. These are developed in a format best suited to individuals needs, for example using planning tools such as Mind-mapping and Paths.
These services are developed taking into consideration the individual needs, and from input from their family, friends and any other identified organisations, where appropriate and at the consent of the service user.
Aligned to these existing services, Xact Services also offers a professional recruitment option for employers, completely free of charge. Xact Services has been in operation for the last 4 years and is physically based in Lower Hutt and Wellington city centres. Clients served are based throughout the Hutt Valley inclusive of Eastbourne, Wainuiomata, Upper and Lower Hutt from our Lower Hutt base and all of the Wellingtons city suburbs as well as Johnsonville, Newlands, Tawa and Porirua from our Wellington city base.
